If my starter was lv35, then I'd have a second in command-ish Pokemon at lv34. Then two others at lv33, and the last two at lv32. Trying to emulate how Pokemon were leveled for late game trainers in earlier gens (pic related is an example). But then I kinda gave up and went with the lv35 starter and lv34 everyone else setup.
