Surf/Pump Toise is broken. Literally can’t be killed and the burst damage snipes with ease and deals insane combo damage PLUS stuns. Not even Mr. Chad can stop him; was facing off against a particularly good one in Quick Match and he just popped his Ult to kill my retard mates after I denied it with a Pump push, still managed to get him to almost half just by staying on the move and denying him Guard Swap-Confusion combos. When he finally thought he killed me my Unite popped and I killed him. I can only imagine the terror he felt when his health gets carved in half and I get a shit ton of shields.
