Its why you can take your level 80 Gardevoir to the wild and beat up everything in sight including regular Gardevoirs. Killing is not something most Pokemon apparently do on the regular, but if they had to kill then yeah, I'd say the Wild One has a better chance simply due to the urban one not having an urge to kill someone/being taught to not kill someone..
