As an artfag, I recognize Zinnia as the benchmark pokegirl in terms of design. She's imo, the first female Gamefreak put serious attention into designing. She's the perfect balance or feminine, cute, hot, crazy and tomboy. Had she not been ruined by her awful personality in the games, she'd probably be more popular than she already is.
