Won't ever be a champion or a great trainer, she's going to be someone who will build pokemon centers and gyms with her army of monkies! Because frankly there's not enough people doing the smaller jobs in pokemon.
I plan on her having a small legion of passimian, and a Conkeldurr at some point but this is her current team.
