It looks like someone on the team just went to an asset store, bought a penguin and an ice block, and just stuck the former on the head of the latter. 3 seconds later in blender for the face, hair and blue body accents and BAM new shitmon.
Eiscue will definitely go down in history as the face of shitmons for Gen 8 like Garbodor and Vanillux were for Gen 5
