>>49030659>>49024584I attest to Inclement Emerald as a more difficult than usual hack - you can make it increasingly so, which makes NPC's use IV and EV trained Pokemon, but I feel regular difficulty is already enough, as every trainer has new Pokemon and usually have coverage moves.
