>>12124996IVs could be reworked somehow there cool and all but they are constantly taken advantage of to me they should be the experience you and that Pokemon have throughout your adventures leveling them up. IMO make all Pokemon give random IVs based on the Pokemon you fights IVs so the random factor is there and its nearly impossible to get perfect Pokemon unless by stroke of luck
