Here we have a simple organization wanting to make money and steal pokemon. Take over the company making the Master Ball so you can catch the most powerful pokemon in the region. It's a simple, coherent, and yet almost effective plotline.

It's a real throwback to the simplicity of Team Skull. And the Kanto forms really seems like they're trying to bring back the Alola Gen 1 crowd.
