I didn't do a great job of drawing my "interpretation" of what it would look like without its mask, but you get the general idea. The beak shape on Tapu Koko's arms is similar, the "squared off" feathers where its "ears" would be are visible in the feathering of Type: Null's mane, and if you look at other references, you could see how it's mohawk-like thing could partially match the shape of Type: Nulls.
I think that the other 3 distinct parts are going to be representative of the island guardians of the three other islands, one clearly being some kind of dog/wolf with the hexagonal pattern that look very similar to zygarde, one that is going to be some kind of grass/bug type for its front legs, and a water type for its fin-tail.
