>>43194243Outrage locks you in for 2 - 3 turns, and you can switch into a Steel type and scumfuck Dragons. You can't switch in Fairy without saccing first because hitting a Fairy lets the Dragon out without confusing it, and it can either switch out itself or fire back with another move. If Garchomp hits the Outrage button, you could switch into Scizor and Swords Dance up, or switch into Ferrothorn and get 2 layers of spikes or a leech seed and stealth rocks.
The real problem is Draco Meteor and how good some Pokemon were at abusing it. Granted, the Latis should've never been allowed in OU, but there's still Hydreigon.
