I usually ignore the plot for main series Pokemon games most of the time anyway, but the game's not half bad. Region's neat and some of the overworld puzzles are cool. The only problem I have with it is all the grinding you have to do, and that the fakemons usually replace mons I like.
Apparently you play as May (or Brendan) who moved to the new region after becoming Hoenn's champion or something. Seems like a neat concept but I'd probably hate it if I actually bothered to read most of what the guys are saying.
