Those are the sorts of files I use to successfully hack server sided games and inject data into the server. I'm so salty that someone laid their grubby hands all over those files because it means there's a 99% chance they've already hacked their way through the game, gotten unreleased items and pokemon and I completely lack the ability to figure out how they intercepted that file and what they used to decode it.
