First attempt at a Shadini design. Main imagery was Howlequin and the concept of a guy that puts on a lot of bravado and a "cool face". Probably has darker skin, maybe the diamond on his face could be white or red to contrast if he doesn't use white face powder? Cloak goes to about his hips, perhaps black pants and dress shoes? Anything else might be "too silly" for what he might be going for.
That's what I got out of the character from what the wiki says, whatever concept art you guys have of him from before isn't on his page so there wasn't any influence from that, haha.
