So how does motion blur explain Tusk's short, flat spikes turning into long thin ones? If it's motion blur is in effect, then like the dot I applied blur to, the spikes should get even longer and fatter to compliment the direction its moving, not more narrow and taller, the shape is totally different. That doesn't make any sense.
