Eh, tried to make a credible dragon monotype gym leader. Probably not viable competitively tho.
Theme is about diversity among dragon mons, mega is Jungko 'cause it's my fav mega.
The gym would a succession of trainer battles, where the first ones would be intentionally very low level compared to the player's, and progressively go way above, to illustrate the fact that dragon training is long but rewarding. Trainers would use non dragon only mons, such as Dragalge or Turtonator.
