I like Skarmory's Colo shiny. You cant really see it here due to the shitty 3ds i had as a camera at the time, but the golden look paired with the green wings looks pretty neat.

Pic related was a lucky find before that. You catch a normal shadow pokemon and hope it turns shiny as it enters your party, 1/8192 chance for it to happen. Purification doesn't change it.
