>>36912676Here's the problem with that, it has that power but it cant entirely weild it, it had to be forced by Cyrus, much like Jirachi in the movie, considering it doesnt warp time easily and the few times it does it's only when brought to the extreme, it seemingly cant be forced, yet you have both Digimon and Appmon who are not fully evolved who can do the same with minimal limits. Like Manlet ZA WARUDO, while he didnt use it to reset the universe, he can control time easily despite being about as strong as a champion level.
