These old, stale generals aren't just useless (because it's the same half a dozen discordfags in each one), they're actually DETRIMENTAL to the overall community because it monopolizes the genre of threads while being worse than what the alternative would be. People can't just make a new thread while yours is up, they have to go through yours or the janitors clean it up (I remember when the jannies used to go nuclear on this stuff, and they still move on-topic roleplay threads to /trash/, why does it seem like they're protecting you guys recently? One of you glows). If their options are doing it your way or no way, a whole lot of them just choose not to do it at all - I know quite a few people who used to do creative stuff on /vp/ (roleplay, OCs, etc) who've either moved to other boards or given up because they're trying to avoid you - some because of drama, some because they just don't like the way you do things (nothing personal). As long as you guys are still here, the OC community of this board is dead. If you REALLY want what's best for it... fuck off. Stop making your threads. Follow through with that "branching out/distancing from /vp/" plan you were talking about in the server before I got purged. If you REALLY want to participate here... wait for the community to rebuild ITSELF and then only post ACTUAL CONTENT in those threads. Otherwise, move to another site that's more your speed, because there's nothing for you on this site and there's nothing for us in this thread. Right now it's a lose-lose, and it's up to you to fix it (by doing nothing). If you continue making threads, the only thing you will accomplish is pissing off more schizos (like the MingMing A-Logger or that Iris tranny) and making the community even deader. Just... give up. It's the best option for you, and it's the best option for us.
