These words are pretty common in any office place especially when you are writing or proofing correspondence or proofing cover letters, are you unemployed or did you drop out of high school? Are you even done high school? What grade did you get in english? They aren't big words and you aren't smart for using them, you are just using english. What makes you smart is understanding premise behind the concepts of the words, that requires an understanding of logic you clearly lack.
