Virizion is also consistently depicted as female - in the anime, she's voiced by a woman in all languages, and in Gates to Infinity, she's explicitly a female, labeled as such on her status screen and addressed with female pronouns by all the other characters; whatever the case, it's pretty obvious GameFreak see it as a female, same way they keep depicting Delphox and Primarina as females in all of their canon appearances.
