Getting back into my Sapphire Nuzlocke after taking a 2 month break.
Picrel is my current team. I also have 7 mons in the PC and 5 mons dead.
I’ll be battling Norman soon, just gonna do the next Trick house puzzle and try to earn enough game corner coins for the flamethrower TM first. Hoping to get Combusken to level 28 for bulk up, but aside from that I dont intend to do any grinding. I’ll mainly be relying on Aron, Dig Seviper, and protect Pelipper, so these levels should be serviceable.
>>55023790Idk if this is what you mean by “variation” but right now I’m doing set mode with a 2 item limit per battle (4 for Steven) in order to put myself on somewhat equal footing with the NPCs. Im also trying not to grind excessively, I’ve always been bothered by how some players will incorporate level limits in order to prevent themselves from overleveling, but will then grind their entire team to the same level as the opponent’s ace, ironically somewhat defeating the point.
>>55024046Idk why you’d be worried, her magnemites can’t do much against a ground type, and her Steelix doesn’t even have a ground type move lol. Glad it went well for you though.
