Well...that went better than expected. Marshal's first pokemon only knows Storm Throw for fighting moves, which is high but predictable damage. Threw on a guard spec to stop it lowering my speed, boosted defense and attack twice, then went to town. Actually took 2 attempts since his last pokemon was a Sawk which survived with Study then got a crit with Brick Break. Fun times.
