A shiny Skitty I caught on my first OR playthrough right after beating Roxanne. It was my second random shiny encounter, the first one was in SS. I refuse to evolve it because I don't like Delcatty's shiny. I just don't think it looks good in pink, I prefer normal Delcatty. The result of that is this Skitty being a permanent team member with eviolite and it's actually pretty strong.
