The other significant shareholders are massive japanese corporations and some passive investment funds (i.e. Vanguard or Blackrock). The former don't know shit about the industry and blindly trust the management, the latter just don't vote. You can't blame anyone but Nintendo itself. They think that making a quick buck with mobile games is better than having stable cashflows with console games and they're fucking wrong
