I know that Game-Freak is not a liberal of giving pokemon large movepools as they used to in the first 4 generations, in fact the last Rock-type that has a Ice coverage move without being part Water or Ice themselves is the Tyrantrum line, and that was 2 gens after Rhyperior (an Rhydon evo) with Ice Punch, Rampardos with Ice Beam (but not Ice Punch) and Probopass with Ice Punch (but not Ice Beam).
with that being said, despite this, Morpeko of all things managed to be the first Electric-type with a ice coverage move since Electivire (Electabuzz evo) with Ice Punch and Luxray and Ice Fang
Which leads me to these 3 pokemon, the Lycanrocs
Here's the thing, they used to rely on Fire Fang (or Fire Punch in Midnight's case) to hit Steels, but once they got Drill Run in USUM and then later Close Combat in SWSH, not anymore in most cases
Can't you give them Ice Fang (or Ice Punch again in Midnight's case) since you gave them the other two?
It not only helps them with their Grass weakness, but it also helps them with their Ground weakness like nothing before.
