I haven’t seen this brought up in a while, but if anyone else was having issues with the screen stick jumping all over the place and freezing your movement, trying to move while you have a poor connection (poor to the point that the game starts to hang) seems to be what causes it, and locking and unlocking your phone gets the thumb stick to stop shitting the bed. I don’t know if this is something exclusive to iOS or not
