Attacks have quirky effects to them, the enemy could be poisoned but joker uses an attack that does little damage but changes the status effect to a burn. joker is physical attacking with high hp, okay sp def, and high speed. moves like copycat, encore, perish song, would become joker type. Probably have a quirky ability like Mold Builder to mock Mold Breakers, completely negating its effect. Passive aggressive, annoying, u get the idea.
