Shiny Rhyhorn in Victory Road in Gold, almost wouldn't have noticed it if it wasn't for the shiny animation beforehand since their sprites back then looked familiar. Sucks that I wasn't able to transfer it over.

FireRed when grinding and fishing, hooked a shiny Krabby and managed to catch it. She sits in my PC in Y but remains as nothing but a trophy, Calm nature and Shell Armour

Golbat, generic, found in Diamonds Victory Road just near the entrance, expected a cool green Crobat but got pink. Impish, wasn't too bad but also sits as a trophy.
