I never thought about it, but with Unova still being the only game with seasons that introduced Deerling and all, maybe there are some spring traditions like in Japan, like flower viewing and seasonal treats? Submas bros are busy though so they probably just enjoy whatever cherry-blossom flavor snacks are being sold at wherever they buy their lunch. I can see Ingo caring about spring cleaning but not Emmet (but since Unova is pretty Japanese they might be more into the New Year's cleaning tradition)
Enamorus was also only just introduced in PLA so who knows if anyone in Unova actually knows about it but the other genies are allowed on the battle subway and sure show up often...
Maybe Enamorus is banned only during spring or all challengers and their pokemon will randomly get horny. Difficult season.
