Heliolisk is pretty close to a perfect mon in my opinion. It's both cool and cute (who doesn't think frilled lizards are cool, and look at the dance it does), very good in game, solid movepool, cool type, not too busy and not too simple. It conveys exactly what it is, a frilled lizard solar panel, quickly, elegantly, and ironically not with too many extra frills. Love this thing. Tied with tapu koko for my favorite electric type. It'd be nice if it was a little quicker, but it's still more usable than some of my other favorites.
