Seeing as he's designed with arrows in mind he's likely to be fast and decently strong in at least one offense. If they give him the right moves (ie: strong STAB and any kind of coverage) and a not shit ability he has a chance at living up to his relentless reputation.
Also the Pokedex image on the site shows two spaces between him and the next registered mon, which hints at a 3-stage evolution line. Always nice.
