What if there was a single-use held item that acts like a Focus Sash but instead of stopping your HP at 1 it stopped it at exactly half, but only worked once, like a berry.
That way pokemon that will clearly be shitmon like Minior and Wishiwashi could make use of their abilities even if they got hit by a move that would normally destroy them.
