I went for dragon typing to kind of show how large it is.

Learns the obvious moves, megahorn, dragon claw, a lot of special moves like flamethrower and thunderbolt. It has no recovery moves but it does have dragon dance.
Is this broken and should I take away dragon dance? I'm pretty new to designing stats.
Also I need a name.
