Fact is, Gary's only ever spoken reasonably. When he commented on Brock and Misty literally giving away badges, he was right. When he pointed out a couple of Goh's flaws and said a jerk like Goh didn't deserve to hang around Ash, he was right. Even if you hate it, what Gary Motherfuckin' Oak said was right.
