It's fantastic ingame for nuzlockes. It's a blanket answer to physical attackers and can regularly trade 2/3 before it has to be called back, as well as being a very general pivot. Ground and Fighting are both types with immunities, making it a fantastic pivot and lure. It can learn nearly any HM needed, has Sturdy utility in later gens. It's a nearly perfect partner for tons of nuzlocke all-stars like Gyarados, Togekiss, or Haunter.
