I don't dislike Honchkrow, I think its fine, but what I dislike is how you take a Pokemon who's clearly based off of being a little witch familiar, with its very obvious witch's hat and broom tail, and then turn it into a mobster. Gen 4 has this weird habit of taking a Pokemon's very simple premise and then veering into a wildly different direction with it and calling it an evolution. It just feels disjointed.
