He wouldn't want the burden of giving children starters and taking care of an island community. He also wouldn't want to mentor trial captains or take orders on the whim of a death fairy asshole. More over, he wouldn't want to have to limit himself to the level of however many trials a kid has completed. He'd want to go all out like an E4.
This last part is reaching, but his hair kinda looks kind of like a more ragged version of Hau's.
