however from personal experience-
california is being run into the ground & will be completely destroyed if things stay the same for 20 more years.
i can't speak for the midwest as i have only traveled through nevada, new mexico, & texas;
places like jamaica & mexico have it far worse off than ANY state in the USA...
with continued poor decision-making & fiscal irresponsibility at the federal level remaining unchecked -
the dollar will collapse completely & we will be right there alongside them.
