I was going to base its form on a frog, but now I decided to try basing it on a seed or sprout instead. So, a seed pokemon with frog stuff. Then as it evolves, it blossoms into a froggy flower. (I'm not sure how those would look though, so I'm leaving that up to the other less new artists.) Thoughts?
