Did you test the perfomance? If the answer to all of these is "no", then you can't judge the quality of it. When I look at the screenshots of this game, I see a lot of good stuff. I also see some bad stuff (mostly related to Wild Area). Overall, for now, the game looks good where it matters. But I sure as shit wouldn't say anything definitive like you do.
