In Gen 3, 4 and 5 somehow it just won't stop triggering, effectively making Wigglytuff able to gain at least one more turn. Surprisingly useful in battle frontier even.
Gen6+ it just doesn't. I don't know why, but the rate seems to be much lower. Good thing Competitive is very much anti-AI as they like to cause stat drops.
