if for example you open the first pack and it's an ace spec the last pack is a SAR 100% guaranteed, the "garbage" packs aren't actually guaranteed to be bulk (like in the SM fiasco), they may contain whatever, but the hits are guaranteed to be there in the mapped positions

second box he opens ace spec in 2nd pack, following the pattern he should get the SAR in the 4th pack and the pokeballs in 1st, 3rd and ninth pack... and that's exactly what happens
