You haven't seen or had irl contact with Rosa, since 2013. For the first time in almost a decade, you meet-up with Rosa irl, but she looks a little different. She's wearing a different outfit, and her hair has grown to the point to where it reaches down to her knees and her two buns have grown to the size as which they're each bigger than her head. She's clearly experiencing great difficulty with managing her immense amount of hair, as she tries to cover-up one of her overgrown hair buns with both of her hands. Rosa's two hands are not nearly enough to contain her massive bun. She does this, while exclaiming "I need a haircut!".
