>>29546067Honestly, I didn't really like them at the start at all. Only thought the grass one was just OK and believed they were fakes with awful designs until the Mallow reveal.
Then past that point they all started growing on me until I actually liked them each. But it helps for me to grow into liking something BECAUSE I don't compare them to the other starters or Pokemon and am willing to give them a chance even if I didn't initially like them.
Because of this when the most recent video actually showed them off and with more personality they have grown to be one of my favorite set of starters.
