You are unironically saying that Soft is full. You are literally saying that you need to remove people from Soft to make room for others. Under what definition would that not be considered full?
Imagine a box, the box is full of things. And someone tells you that the box isn't full because they can simply remove things from the box to add newer things. You are literally doing this right now. But replace box with squad and objects with players.
As I've already mentioned I don't want to kill or compete against soft so don't feel threatened. I just want a bench team if you will for when the main squad is full so the others will have a place.
