BW series made it worst by refuse to acknowledge Iris anything dumb, downplaying Ash to make her look smart and handing her a freaking Dragonite.
>In Japanese her voice makes her sound like a cute girl. She was voiced by Aoi Yuuki, off course she sounds like a cute girl. It funny how OLM picked one of the best VA for Iris while Serena is voiced by a literal-who. Even Serena's master's voice seems way better.
