Really surprised we don't have some sort of "tutor machine" though. Ideally, one that doubles as a TM printer. I swear that'd be a cool idea. Craft blank disks, insert into machine, add Pokemon that knows a TM move. Bam. TM.
HM's would be harder to get but also reusable. Devs need to fix that shit.
