pic related is my current team for SoulSilver. I've just landed in Cianwood and beaten Eusine. Steelix is a bit of a pain to get via Pokéathlon, but it's a fun mini-game anyways and when you do get Steelix, it pretty much shrugs off any hit it takes and fires back like a motherfucker. It can easily solo the game.
