Final stage of the regional bird here, Tanagire. Based on the vampire finch. Like I said I suck at drawing birds so the body looks kinda fucked up, but there it is. The white part is basically a white fluffy collar, the darkest shade is black on the male and gray on the female while the lighter shade is red on the male and brown on the female.
Flavor:
-It drinks the blood of other Pokemon while they sleep, leaving no trace.
-Its white feathers are insulated with extra down, muffling its flight.
